From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful service by Saman, Indika, and Mano. The delicious breakfasts and breathtaking view from the glass-walled room made us feel like we were in a palace. The location, though slightly outside the city, offered a stunning view of the lake. The staff was incredibly friendly and assisted us with arranging drivers and tours. The rooms were beautifully designed with high ceilings, comfortable beds, and a good shower. The manager was extremely helpful in suggesting places to visit in Sri Lanka. The room service was fast and the bathroom was sparkling clean. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided an unforgettable experience.

The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful lake and mountains in the background. It provided a picturesque backdrop for a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious interiors and modern bathroom fixtures. The hot water supply was reliable, which was perfect for the colder weather.- The caretaker of the hotel was very kind and accommodating, always available to assist with any needs or inquiries. His friendly nature added to the overall pleasant experience of our stay.
The noise levels from both other guests and nearby activities were quite high at times. It would have been more enjoyable if there was less noise pollution, especially during the evenings.
